About Paraform. Paraform is the first end-to-end AI recruiting marketplace, connecting companies with thousands of specialized recruiters and AI agents that work together to fill roles faster and more accurately. We hire for companies like Ramp, Decagon, Rippling, and Hightouch, and we 8×'d revenue last year. We're an early-stage, fast-moving team combining a network of expert recruiters with agentic AI tooling.

The role. We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for Paraform.

You'll manage an existing team of account executives and be responsible for hiring more account executives to our growing sales team. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, this is an opportunity to build the foundational processes and behaviors for scaling the sales team. You'll have sellers across all 3 segments in SMB, MM, and ENT.

What we're looking for

• Foundational 5-8 years as an IC in sales with 2+ years of experience as a top performing Sales Manager at high-growth SaaS or Marketplace startups managing AEs that self-source >20% of their own deals.
• Top performer - track record of top sales performance as an IC and manager: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
• Strong analytical and reporting around sales performance
• Growth minded, both personally as well as for the people working for you
