You will create and deliver critical forecast-driven insights for your product families in the business unit. You will also be responsible for creating trust and credibility with key cross-functional stakeholders in E2E Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support the Demand Planning team and key Commercial Stakeholders via forecast insights and thought leadership
  • Understand and influence forecasts assumptions based on the relationship between category projections, business drivers, POS consumption, and shipments.
  • Own the timely and accurate pass your category’s forecast to all key stakeholders
  • Work with Demand Planning to identify and eliminate repeating bias, while driving consistent improvement in forecast accuracy, leading to improvements in service, cost, and net working capital
  • Contribute to the Long-Term Capacity Plan demand planning process (LTCP), maintaining models, designing the cross-functional process, and reporting out the forecast
  • Work with a cross-functional team to develop the weekly POS consumption (Cx) forecast and report performance versus expectations
  • Act a demand expert on key cross-functional projects
  • Represent the demand forecast in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) meetings
  • Drive continuous capability building in the supply planning team for planning improvement
  • Engage in demand planning continuous improvement projects as determined by US Enterprise Demand Planning leadership

What you will bring

  • Comprehensive demand planning and/or business forecasting experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment that actively measures consumption as a leading indicator to shipments.
  • Open to learning new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems
  • Experience in driving demand review meetings and participation in an IBP cycle
  • Strategic agility, able to drive for cross-functional results by proactively understanding and managing key issues and success criteria, and prioritizing accordingly
  • Project personal maturity and tact to effectively work with cross-functional team members to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong influencing skills and organizational agility.
  • Knowledgeable of leading practice demand planning and supply chain concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience required

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
