Job Description

The Manager, Demand Generation Analyticsleads the development, activation, and measurement ofaudiencedrivenmedia strategies across the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role manages two analystsand is accountable for building scalable, analytically sound audiences using SQL and firstandthirdpartydata, as well as evaluating the incremental sales impactof those audiences once activated in paid media.

This role partners closely with Media, Audience Planning, and Marketing Science to ensure audience strategies are measurable,optimized, and clearly linked to business outcomes. The Manageris responsible fortranslating complex data into actionable guidance that improves media effectiveness

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop a team of analysts responsible for audience creation, activation support, and measurement.

  • Design and build audience definitions using SQLacross multiple first andthirdpartydata sources.

  • Own postcampaignanalysis of audiences, including incremental sales,purchase frequency, ticket size, and ROAS, to assess effectiveness and inform future investment decisions.

  • Establish clear linkages betweenaudiencetargetedmedia exposure and brand KPIs and business outcomes

  • Develop and socialize repeatable analytical frameworks for evaluating audience performance across brands and channels.

  • Monitor competitive media and audience strategiestoidentifyemerging trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Partner withcrossfunctionalteams to ensure measurement approaches are aligned, scalable, anddecisionready

  • Ensure data quality, methodological rigor, and consistency in how audiences and results are defined and reported.

The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding consumer behavior andperception, andabout building analytic approaches that directly connect audience strategies to incremental sales and business impact They bring both technical depth and managerial maturity, with the ability to coach analysts while driving clear,outcomeorientedinsights.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 4 yr degree

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

Minimum: 2+ yrs M anagement experience of 1 or more analysts

  • 7+ yrs e xperience with various media measurement tools including media mix modeling, brand lift studies, digitalattribution, and foot traffic measurement
  • 1+ yrs ex perience with ETL tools tocreate automated processes to aggregate media spend and impression data from media partners
  • 2+ yrs D ashboard tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy or Google Data Studio to automate reporting processes
  • 4+ yrs S QL or other database querying language

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSor ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and clean room technologies, including how to activate audiences and measure media impact using treated vs. control andincrementalitybasedmethodologies

  • Advancedproficiencyin SQL and working with large, complex datasets to build,validate, and scale audience definitions using firstand thirdpartydata

  • Deep understanding of media measurement approaches, including incremental sales lift, foot traffic, customer panels, andwalledgardenmeasurement frameworks

  • Familiarity with media measurement solutions and vendors across TV, CTV, Video, Social, Display, Search, and OOH, with the ability to evaluate andoptimizeaudience performance across partners, creative, and targeting

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to linkaudiencelevelmedia exposure to business outcomes, including sales lift, ROI, and efficiency metrics

  • Proven ability to develop and standardize analytical frameworks that enable repeatable audience measurement across brands and campaigns

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations forcrossfunctionalstakeholders

  • Experience managing, mentoring, or reviewing the work of analysts,providingtechnical guidance, analytical feedback, and prioritization support

  • Collaborative,teamorientedmindset with a demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors

  • Strong intellectual curiosity around media, audiences, and consumer behavior, with an interest in how media platforms, targeting, and measurement approachesoperatein practice
