Tigermilk recherche son futur Manager !

  • En véritable chef d'orchestre tu veilles au bon respect des standards Tigermilk et à la bonne tenue du restaurant.
  • Orienté terrain et business, tu garantis une expérience client unique afin d'atteindre les objectifs qui te sont fixés par la direction des opérations !
  • Planning, commande, management, service client, rien ne te fait peur :-)

  • Tu es passionné et un expert de la restauration traditionnelle
  • Tu aimes le terrain et être auprès de tes équipes durant l’action sans pour autant délaisser tes objectifs finaux
  • Tu as le sens du détail, de l’organisation et de l’anticipation
  • En véritable leader, tu es diplomate et sais amener ton équipe avec toi
  • Tu as à cœur la satisfaction du client et tu sais sensibiliser tes équipes à cet enjeux
  • Une centaine de places assises ? Finger in the nose !

Détail de l'offre :

  • Contrat : CDI temps plein - 39h/semaine
  • Rythme : 3 journées en coupure par semaine
  • Salaire :2400 à 3000 euros brut mensuel + primes sur objectifs attractives

The Paris restaurant is located in the Sentier and is as vibrant and welcoming as its neighbourhood. In Brussels, we are located in Le Châtelain, a busy yet village-like neighbourhood, submersed in an epicurean local and international population.
