Job Description

Our client is a leading global technology company specializing in apparel and product development consultancy. As the company continues to grow rapidly, they are actively hiring a Data Science Manager to join their Hong Kong HQ to develop new products related to body fit and fashion technology, using engineering and machine learning techniques. You will lead the data team and work closely with management team and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions and products using the latest ML technologies.

What you will do:

• Provide direction and drive the team to deliver end-to-end solutions grounded in a rigorous data science methodology.
• Identify, engage, and communicate with key stakeholders to understand their
• requirements.
• Explore and develop technical solutions that deliver clear, measurable impact to our business and products.
• Build and deploy data models and algorithms into production.
• Partner with data scientists and analysts across the full R&D lifecycle, maintaining in-house tools for prototyping and model visualization.
• Maintain and enhance in-house tools for application prototyping, model visualization, and evaluation.

What you will need:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/Information, System/Statistics or any related quantitative disciplines with 4+ years of working experience in the field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for developing scalable, production-ready machine learning models.
• Strong command of core data science libraries and tools, including NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and SciPy.
• Solid understanding of widely used data science and machine learning methods, including SVM, logistic regression, Bayesian regression, and neural networks.
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
