How you will create an impact:

You will help leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations unlock value from data by designing and implementing Advanced Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
You will extract, process, and analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets across the Life Sciences value chain, including commercial, medical, patient, market, and R&D data.
You will leverage your technical expertise to develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that address critical business challenges and support data-driven decision making.
You will combine Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate actionable insights, automate knowledge-intensive processes, and accelerate business outcomes for Life Sciences clients.
You will translate business questions into analytical approaches and AI use cases, ensuring that results are robust, scalable, and aligned with real-world impact.
You will take ownership of workstreams, collaborate closely with client stakeholders, and communicate technical findings in a clear and business-relevant way.
You will present analyses, AI solutions, and strategic recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
You will contribute to the development of innovative offerings at the intersection of Data Science, Generative AI, and Life Sciences.

About you:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong experience developing, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning models using Python or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of AI and Machine Learning methodologies, including tree-based methods, Bayesian approaches, and modern Generative AI technologies.
Hands-on experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related GenAI frameworks to solve business challenges.
Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services for data storage, compute, automation, Machine Learning, and application deployment.
Knowledge of relational, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as Data Engineering and ETL/ELT processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges.
Experience in consulting is a strong plus.
Experience in pharma, medtech or consumer health is a strong plus, including familiarity with industry data, business processes, and challenges across pricing, market access and commercial functions.
