ABOUT THE JOB

As the Manager, Reporting & Insights, you will play a critical leadership role in establishing and advancing our enterprise reporting and analytics capability. You will help shape a centralized data foundation, creating a trusted single source of truth while ensuring data quality, accessibility, and governance across the business

Leading a team of data professionals, you will deliver meaningful reporting, analytics, and insights that provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities. Partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality reporting and insights. ​
• Develop analytics, dashboard reporting for dedicated executives and functional leaders, foster trust in data by applying data risk governance principles.  
• Leverage insights from data to anticipate future requirements to support decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, track and enhance performance metrics, ensuring alignment to business priorities. ​
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision making and highlight risks and opportunities. ​
• Ensure data quality, governance and consistency across reporting outputs.​
• Provide people leadership including performance management, quarterly check-ins and end-of-year outcomes, fostering an engaged and high-performing team culture.​
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting and insights practices across the function.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience​

• 10+ year experience in leading and delivering analytics and insights solutions from prototyping to product development and deployment, experience in working across the business to support cross-functional performance improvement.
• Experience with preparing business cases with estimation, requirements and implementation plan of the use cases, helping stakeholders to build value-adding analytics to drive decision making.
• Experience with coaching, mentoring and support of data team to build an engaging and collaborative team culture.
• Experience with analysing and manipulating complex, high volume data sets using SQL, Spark (Databrick) and/or Python, MS PowerBI with multiple user roles.
• Working experience in a data consulting environment is a plus.

Qualification Requirements ​

• Bachelor/Master degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
