In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Overseeing all Reporting and BI requirements including Segments, CLCM, Products, Transactional Banking and Channels for the UAE Market.
  • Lead the new Product implementation, Journey Implementation Reporting and BI Projects behalf of Data and Analytics Function.
• Strategic Projects
  • Acting as the central point of contact for Data Analytics on reporting solutions for all new Projects for UAE. Respective Project and Product teams engage for various projects.
  • Evaluates the scope of the Project and the requirements are within the domain of Data and Analytics before committing to engagement for solutions.
  • Close coordination with Analytics Value Stream (VS) and Data and Analytics teams to assign/agree on the solution responsibilities required to deliver the project demands.
  • Manage the migration of data and reports to cloud
• Data Management
  • Ensures all the required Data products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution
  • Ensures the delivery of information to support the strategic and tactical information needs of the UAE IWPB Business.
  • Responsible for delivery of high-quality Data & Information Management & Analysis solutions & provide tailored consultative service to Global Businesses, Global Functions, Regional & country teams.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
• In depth experience of Business Leadership focused primarily on the Financial Services & Data and Information Management
• Experience in driving and large-scale change and transformation Program
• Experience in creating/managing data governance frameworks
• Exceptional understanding of Bank core banking systems and application systems
• Experience in Data analysis/Data quality tools
• Knowledge of in advanced BI and Data tools especially SAS, Looker, Qlik.
• Experience in GCP / Cloud and related tools like Data fusion and Data studio
• Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions
• Collaborate with partners across business groups, evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytical capabilities and computational models
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
• Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations.
