Purpose


This role analyzes data to build solutions in response to customers' requirements.

Key Missions

We are hiring for a Manager - Data Analytics responsible for leading the development and delivery of business intelligence and automation solutions. The role is based at Noida (NSEZ, Phase 2). This role manages a team of Power BI developers, oversees the creation of high-quality reports and dashboards, and develops Power Automate applications to streamline reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of 2 or more Power BI Developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, performance, and best practices in all reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and applications to automate reporting, data integration, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and prioritize reporting initiatives.
  • Establish reporting standards, governance, documentation, and version control practices.
  • Monitor and improve report usage, performance, and user adoption.
  • Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement of BI and automation solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT, data engineering, and other teams to ensure reliable data sources and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX, data modeling).
  • Experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations, approvals, automation).
  • Prior experience managing or leading a technical team.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts (ETL, SQL, data quality, KPIs).
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and international stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexibility to support meetings outside standard local business hours when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps is a plus).
  • Experience in enterprise reporting or analytics environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
  • Experience working in a global and matrix organization.
