Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Data, AI, and Automation platforms.
• Align product direction with enterprise data, analytics, AI, and automation strategies.
• Identify and drive opportunities to leverage generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation to improve decision-making and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and users, developing a deep understanding of processes, analytics needs, and AI use cases.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, backlogs, and release plans.
• Partner with engineering, data, architecture, security, and vendors to deliver solutions end to end, supporting Agile delivery cycles.
• Own platform lifecycle management, driving adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement while ensuring governance and stability.
• Lead and mentor product and delivery teams, fostering a high-performing culture with accountability for outcomes and timelines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in: information technology, with focus on Analytics / Data Science / Statistics preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within a complex organizational setup.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level technology products, preferably in data, analytics, AI, or automation domains.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end product management practices across the complete product lifecycle.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, UiPath, Alteryx, Microsoft Copilot), along with familiarity with generative AI platforms and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
