How you will contribute
You will manage the customer collaboration agenda for your market/set of gold customers.
You design and own joint business plans with your customers with a strategic future focused agenda.
You improve value and service to customers and increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance via a single point of contact.
You will be accountable for the short-term customer demand planning (3months) across all segments to maximize Service, Forecast Accuracy and Efficiency.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience (5-8 years) in Customer Service and Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience in CS&L function, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management
Ideally cross-functional experience (sales, demand planning, logistics and warehousing knowledge)
Experience leading and developing a team
Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIs
Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
