The Customer Success Manager is responsible for leading

and managing the customer success team, overseeing

customer success projects, and ensuring the successful

implementation of customer success solutions.
Main Responsibilities and duties:

Lead and manage the customer success team.

Oversee customer success projects and ensure successful

implementation.

Develop and implement customer success strategies and

plans.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer

satisfaction.

Lead the integration of quantum technologies into

customer success initiatives. Ensure the customer

success team is equipped with the necessary

knowledge to assist customers with quantum-related

inquiries and issues.
