For our location in Breda, Netherlands, we are looking for you as a

Manager Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Active customer relationship management, maintain the current and convince new customers
• Promote and develop new services
• Ensure the timely support regarding technical issues and parts inquiries
• Management and further development of the local service team
• Implementation and continuous improvement of safety standards (SMS) as well as increasing safety awareness
• Ensuring quality requirements and ISO compliance through appropriate measures
• Ensuring the provision and evaluation of reports for tracking all relevant KPIs (customer support, sales, margins, efficiency)
• Optimizing administrative processes (orders, invoices, payments) in compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Handling of legal and warranty cases

Your Qualification

• Completed training or studies in a commercial or technical field
• Very good technical understanding, ideally product-specific knowledge in the field of mobile cranes
• Experience in employee management and in setting up or expanding an organization
• Business fluent Dutch and good English skills
