The Job at a Glance

The Chains Partnership Manager is responsible fordeveloping and maintaining relationships with customers through account penetration, sales and marketing activities.Achieving goals by building a business plan to maximize profitable growth, building communication and other tools with marketing to increase sales, creating new business building opportunities.We are looking for a Chains Partnership Manager who can build strong relationships across organizations, set priorities and follow through on commitments while demonstrating creativity, innovation, and initiative.

A Typical Day

  • Exceed annual goals through development of business plans designed to maximize profitable sales growth
  • Lead a book of key chain restaurant partnerships and their franchise networks through new business prospecting, exceptional relationship development and ambitious growthstrategies
  • Build in-depth knowledge of your book of restaurant accounts, their kitchen equipment, and industry trends
  • Cultivate a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives
  • Grow a large book of retail accounts by strengthening existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities
  • Engage regularly with midtier to Csuite leaders through focused outreach (around 20 calls/day) and strategic inperson visits
  • Travel to see customer operations firsthand, build trust, and present our value propositions and digital tools
  • Partner with internal teams while independently driving your own pipeline,prioritizing warm leads, and growing your book of accounts

To Land This Opportunity

  • You are a selfdriven, independent sales professional with a strong presence and can manage a large, diverse book of business
  • You’re a road warrior who is comfortable traveling up to 40% of the time to meet customers on-site, observe operations, and build deeper executivelevel relationships
  • You have proven success in account management and new business development, handling a high volume of accounts, and driving YoY growth
  • You are skilled at engaging leaders, presenting value propositions, and developing partnerships endtoend
  • You know how to engage with leaders, share value propositions, and develop partnerships using your legendaryanalytical skills, communication skills, and presentation skills
  • You are confident making outbound calls and maintaining strong talktime to generate and nurture opportunities
  • You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative, team atmosphere
  • You have fantastic communication& you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home
  • You have basic Microsoft Office Skills and are comfortable regularly using PowerPoint and Excel (experience using CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce or SAP,is a bonus!)
  • You are a natural born leader, motivated by longterm professional sales growth
  • You have extensive B2B Sales experience (bonus points for any knowledge or experience in Supply Chain, Finance and/or Marketing!)

The salary range for this role is $63,236.25 – $94,466.90 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

The goal – to reinvent the restaurant equipment parts industry. 35 years later, we’re one of the fastest growing parts distributors in the foodservice equipment industry and have 1000+ team members who support national and international customers.
