In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering effective, efficient and data driven customer operations and support for TfNSW customers and stakeholders.
This role will see you resolve operational challenges using innovation and sound judgement.
You will lead the implementation of improved regulatory system technologies and the delivery of timely process improvements while maintaining optimal regulatory system administration and service to deliver to end users within time and resource constraints.
Please note his role can be based at Newcastle or Parramatta as the teams you are managing are in both these locations so you will be required to travel.

About you
Your strong leadership skills formed across government sector organisations will see you excel in this role where your people management skills are key to you leading specialist/technical customer service teams. You're recognised as a calm, compassionate strategic customer service professional, skilled at delivering effective, efficient customer operations. Your demonstrated experience in supporting customers and stakeholders whilst leading and encouraging your teams, ideally in a regulatory environment or service delivery organisation, is essential for you to succeed in this role.
