ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The Manager, Cultural Change and Diversity will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of ESD DEI Initiatives. The role will provide operational, project management, and curriculum/learning and development support to meet goals outlined by the Vice President of Cultural Change and Diversity for the organization. This role has an on-site requirement with eligibility for a hybrid schedule in accordance with the organization’s policy. Some travel throughout NYS is required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education required Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, social and behavioral sciences, HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant degree fields preferred; Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience will be considered.
Experience required 3-5 years of experience designing curriculum, data analysis, performing quantitative and qualitative research, proven ability to build strong working relationships and work with all levels of stakeholders and senior leadership, end-to-end project lifecycle management, confident and capable public speaker with demonstrated success facilitating aspects of educational programming, professional development sessions around issues of equity in the workplace.
Knowledge Required Principles, methods and tools of equity and inclusion work, experience conducting research (including literature reviews), high degree of initiative, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, written, verbal or non-verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, demonstrated knowledge of engagement strategies, organizational behavior, organizational change, and change management fundamentals, organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills with ability to manage multiple types of assignments simultaneously.
