Senior Manager, Business Risk Management, Regulatory, Global Wealth Management
Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Insurance business ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
This position has primary accountability for needs analysis, design, implementation and ongoing management and usage of the customer and marketing data infrastructure for Creditor insurance products. In addition, participation in development of predictive modelling, data-mining, and advanced statistical marketing analytics for customer needs-analysis, behaviors and engagement.
The incumbent is responsible for execution of customer database analytics to enable highly targeted delivery of multiple product offers across numerous integrated delivery channels. The position supports the design of new products, offers, and customer segments by synthesizing and analyzing customer data and results from database marketing campaigns.
This position also designs, implements and maintains operational reporting for regulatory agencies, and implements and analyses operational and customer level reports for new sales and service opportunities.
