
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Research Manager
We are seeking an experienced Credit Portfolio and Relationship Management professional with 10–12 years of experience across credit analysis, portfolio management, and client relationship management within Corporate / Wholesale / Commercial Banking. The role requires strong expertise in credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to support business development and manage teams/workstreams. The incumbent will work closely with relationship managers, credit officers, and product partners to ensure prudent risk management while supporting client growth objectives.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Securities Research industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience
5+ years of hands‑on experience in credit analysis, credit research, underwriting, debt advisory and portfolio monitoring in a Banking/ Financial set-up
