Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) Credit Control Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Credit Control Services (Operation Support)

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end activities related to project management, system development and implementation, and ensure delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive timely actions, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Lead and drive new initiatives and projects, including process simplification/streamlining, system enhancements, and service migration, to improve operational efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
  • Plan, direct and manage the development, validation and production of high-quality management information (MI) to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Implement and optimize collections and contact strategies within relevant systems, providing timely input and recommendations on credit policy and collections strategy to respond effectively to changing market and customer conditions.


Requirements

  • University degree in Business or a related discipline, or other relevant qualifications/experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in project management, analytics, debt collections, and/or credit risk.
  • Sound knowledge of retail banking; exposure to operational risk management is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of application software; proficiency in SAS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with proven problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
