  • EnsurecompliancewithFCC’screditriskpolicies, guidelines, andprocedures

  • CollaboratewithOperationsteamstoassessrisksanddevelopmitigation solutions

  • Buildandmaintainstrongpartnershipswithotherbusinessunitsto supportorganizationalpriorities

  • Providerecommendationsto the Director, Credit ondelegatedauthoritiestocreditmanagers

Whatyou’llbringto the team
Requiredqualifications:

  • Undergraduatedegreein agriculturalfinancing, business, or commerce

  • At leastsevenyearsofexperiencein agriculturalfinancing,creditanalysis,riskmanagement, andcomplexcreditdecisionmaking, or anequivalentcombination ofeducationandexperience

  • In-depthknowledgeof Canadian agriculture and agriculturallendingpractices

  • Proficiencyin both official languages (English and French) and proven abilityinoral and written communication

Preferredqualifications:

  • Experiencein management, coaching, andprofessionalteamdevelopment

  • Memberof the Ordre des agronomes du Québec
