KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Direction
Develop and implement creative strategies in line with brand guidelines and project briefs
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative outputs across digital, print, video, and social platforms
Serve as the main resource person in ensuring final materials are of top quality, brand-compliant, and aligned with end-user expectations
Provide creative input—mainly in visual/art direction—and support messaging consistency
Take on special projects and high-level design requirements as assigned by senior leadership
Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, Animators, and Photographers
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and quality-focused work culture
Provide guidance and quality assurance on all creative outputs produced by the team
Coordinate cross-functionally to meet creative deadlines and campaign objectives
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of
10 years of creative experience
, with at least
5 years in a managerial or senior creative role
, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house brand team
Background in integrated resorts, hospitality, luxury, F&B, or healthcare is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in
Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Marketing
, or a related field; relevant postgraduate education is a plus
Advanced skills in
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, XD, etc.)
Working knowledge of
AI-based design tools
(e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
Strong knowledge of current design, advertising, and digital marketing trends, especially within the luxury and lifestyle sectors
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience handling high-profile internal clients
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
