Your Role:

We’re hunting for a copy creative who speaks fluent internet. You’re a linguistic chameleon: digitally native, commercially sharp, and obsessed with impact over rigid grammar. If you need 2 days or an explanation for a headline, this isn't for you. You kill jargon, think digital-first, and write for humans who click.

Your Mission:

  • Do & Guide: Stay fiercely hands-on. Craft hard-hitting campaigns and guide the copywriters to do the same.

  • Conversion First: Prioritise ROI-driven copy to deliver maximum performance and growth.

  • AI-Powered: Integrate Gen AI tools to supercharge your brainstorming and scale production without losing the human spark.

  • Visual Synergy: Partner seamlessly with art directors, designers, and video editors to ensure words and visuals hit as a single powerful combo.

  • Think "thumb-stop" first: Whether it’s static or video, you craft high-retention copy and hooks built to win in a split-second digital world.

  • Culture Hacker: A social native who translates memes, sounds, and trends into brand-relevant tactics.

Who are you:

  • 6+ Years in a fast-paced agency or in-house background.

  • Headline Machine: You turn dry data into simple, clickable, human copy.

  • Channel Agility: Expertise across App, Web, TikTok, and IG Reels.

  • Outstanding Portfolio: Proven tactical promos and emotional storytelling.

  • Experience in Travel, Fintech, or Tech Platforms.

  • You have a deep, intuitive knowledge of the ASEAN digital and cultural landscape.

  • Multilingual, if you can work in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
