The Manager, Corporate Strategy, plays a key role in shaping the future growth of PTx, AGCO's technology and precision agriculture brand. The role combines strategic planning, project management, business performance reporting, and executive decision support to drive high-priority initiatives across the organization. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will lead strategic analyses, coordinate cross-functional programs, develop executive and board-level presentations, and help translate strategy into execution and measurable business outcomes.
Your Impact:
Help shape and execute the strategic agenda for PTx, AGCO’s technology brand.
Build executive-ready presentations, reports, and updates for senior stakeholders.
Partner with senior leaders to turn strategic priorities into structured initiatives with timelines
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring strong governance, timely delivery, and effective communication. Lead analyses, business cases, and project workstreams that inform key leadership decisions.
Bring clarity to complex topics by translating data, insights, and trade-offs into compelling recommendations.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business analysis, project management / PMO, or a related field.
Strong ability to operate independently with limited supervision, proactively managing priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables in a complex environment.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, timelines, executive updates, and key deliverables.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including preparation of senior leadership materials.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline
