Sales Manager – Corporate Sales

The Sales Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for managing and growing key corporate accounts. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts.

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies aligned with divisional objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities within both existing and new corporate customers.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure service excellence.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on key account activities.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales and key account management.

  • Strong background in handling large corporate clients and long-term contracts.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow account value.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in corporate sales or key account management.

  • Experience in a diversified, service-oriented, or industrial environment will be an advantage.
