You manage technical and scientific professionals responsible for initiation and execution of programs. This is a leadership role in cross-functional teams and regularly interacts with RDQ and cross-functional senior management.

Two years of experience supervising direct reports preferred
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Travel requirements: Approximately30%-40% travel may berequiredfor key project needs

Partner with Corporate Quality commercialization lead and R&D to ensure successful hand-off during new product launches
Understand drivers of consumer preference for all products and ensure the CriticaltoQuality (CTQ) and CriticaltoProcess (CTP) parameters are communicated and managed according to our Manufacturing Standards process.
Consumer Inspired Quality
Ensures products are manufactured according to our specifications to meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate IL6S and the Manufacturing Standards journey atNorth America VentureManufacturing Locations
Support execution of Consumer Inspired Quality atNorth America VentureManufacturing and Repacking locations, including CTPs and CTQs
On-Going Quality Performance Management
DevelopNorth America VentureManufacturer partnerships, including weekly and monthly reviews and joint continuous improvement planning and issue resolution
Ensure facility continues to meet Mondelēz Quality and Food Safety standards
Follow-up on CTQ and CTP trends to assure the process capability and defect eradication
Partner withNorth America VentureManufacturers to reduce consumer complaints and quality defects with clear action plans and targets

Audit manufacturing control plans for new products and processes
Drive continuous improvement in the areas of Quality Assurance and Food Safety by setting goals and identifying key performance indicators in this area of the business

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
