Job Summary:
Manager, Corporate Finance - Reporting & Treasury is responsible for leading monthly financial reporting and treasury management. This role serves as a key partner to the Corporate Finance Leader, owning executive-level reporting, monitoring & forecasting capital allocation, and managing the company's internal investment process.
The position requires strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
- Own and deliver monthly financial reporting on a consistent, accurate, and timely basis
- Prepare and manage executive reporting materials, including Board of Directors presentations and Monthly and Quarterly Business Review updates
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables to senior leadership
Treasury Management
- Manage Corporate Treasury functions for both ClarkDietrich and CDH (JV), including cash management, banking relationships, liquidity monitoring
- Build out and maintain a comprehensive capital forecasting process
- Oversee internal investment review and approval process. Collaborate cross-functionally and to guide business case building, submission, review, and approval
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Corporate Finance Leader on budget process, Long Range Plan, and coverage of CD JV and VC initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with Corp. Finance peers (BI & Analytics; Forecasting & Analysis) to ensure consistency of data and messaging across reporting outputs
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as directed by the Corp. Finance Leader
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial reporting roles
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive/Board-level financial materials
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and investment fundamentals
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting/ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with BI and master data management concepts
- Familiarity with data extraction, analysis, and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
