The Manager of Corporate Finance is responsible for leading the company’s financial consolidation processes, enterprise systems (ERP) implementation and optimization, and finance-related IT support. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, Accounting, and Technology, ensuring accurate consolidated financial reporting, scalable systems infrastructure, and efficient business processes across multiple entities and business lines. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate consolidations, ERP implementations, and financial systems governance, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a complex, multi-entity environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Own and manage the company’s consolidated financial close and reporting processes across all legal entities
• Own consolidation for all financial reporting including Board Presentations, Budget decks etc.
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant consolidated financial reporting
• Lead ERP system implementations (SME), upgrades, and enhancements, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment and drive process standardization, automation, and controls through system-enabled solutions
• Act as the business owner for finance-related ERP modules ensuring ERP configurations align with reporting requirements and business needs
• Partner with IT, external implementation partners, and functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT to prioritize system initiatives and resolve issues

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience using advanced Excel functionality.
• 5+ years’ experience building financial models to support C-level decision making.
• Deep understanding of corporate reporting consolidation processes and multi-channel financial reporting
• Hands-on experience leading ERP implementations and post-implementation support
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and controls within enterprise systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Solid understanding of financial accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work dynamically across teams.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Proven ability to partner effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders
