Job Description

As the Manager of Corporate Employee Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the regional sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role is crucial in expanding our corporate banking services and building strong client relationships.

  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to corporate clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential corporate clients for targeted sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain high ethical standards in sales practices.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management in the corporate banking sector.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate the regional sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales conferences as required.
  • A results-driven and customer-centric mindset is essential for this role.
