  • Create content across channels (intranet, events, leadership forums) to drive engagement and alignment

  • Support thought leadership, social content, and recognition opportunities that elevate DBTS and its leaders

  • Establish clear communications objectives and metrics, tracking performance and using insights to continuously improve effectiveness

  • Support a high-performing team, providing day-to-day direction, coaching and feedback to elevate impact and execution

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field

  • Post-secondary education in related field (communications, journalism, public relations)

  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail

  • A self-starter with a proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and visually compelling executive‑level materials

  • A solid understanding of the AI and digital landscape including its impact and relevance on the financial services industry

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and negotiate with others and interact with and provide advice and counsel to leaders and business partners on communications best practices

  • Highly skilled storyteller with experience developing and managing robust plans and creative campaigns, with the ability to generate earned media coverage

  • Excellent project and time management skills, paired with a collaborative, self‑starter mindset, and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking and deliver results

  • Experience tracking and analyzing effectiveness of communications campaigns and making recommendations to enhance current activities

  • Flexibility to work on communications activities outside of regular business hours on occasion
