Job Description

• Liasoning with various Govt. agencies at State (Ministry of Energy / Power / Environment / Forest / Revenue / Water / Railways / Irrigation / Transmission – Distribution Licenses etc.) and also with and other Chhattisgarh state related matters.
• Environmental clearances, Forest Clearance Coal allocation (MoC), Water Allotment (WRD), Grid connectivity with MSETC UMSEDCL.
• Resolve issues related to SLDC / RLDC, Clearance for Railway sidings, Land procurement, Support of District / State level administration, Public relations.
• Land procurement (Govt. / Private / Tribal) - Liasoning with Revenue officials.
• Cost estimation and Tariff evaluation for new projects and bid based projects using financial models · Pursue cases with Electricity regulatory commissions for matters related power sale, Distribution / Transmission License etc.
• Liasoning with factory inspector / labor commissioner / Boiler inspector. · Handling the contractual matters. Co-ordinating and regularly updating at corporate office.
• Ensuring to sustain the 5S activities in the dept. / at our Workplace. · Participate in various activities of CSR & periodic visit of departmental adapted villages.
• Ensure to prevent unsafe acts & unsafe conditions.
• Ensure to participate in various systems of CHETNA (Du Point).
• Adherence of PPE’s as per work requirements – SELF.
• Legal / Statutory requirements of departmental works. · Workplace Safety-Create / Review of JSA of department
• Need to have Knowledge of PAP and can able to handle issue related to same.

MBA & LLB preferred with having experience in Liasoning/Land Acquisition, Stake Holders Management & legal cases dealing.
