Responsibilities:

Generally management for Converting to ensure up to the production capacity target.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• General Management: Be responsible for the general management of the Converting department, including the management of the daily production, equipment running, production quality ,cost control, and the safety & environment management as well as the training program and performance management for the personnel; Schedule the SOP of the department, ensure its effective execution;• Improve the Production Efficiency: Organize the department production, ensure the steady and continuous running of the operation, ensure the production capacity meet the standard; Solve the problems found in the process; Active in improving the efficiency of the equipments;• Quality compliance: Organize to carry out the quality management, improve the quality control, ensure the quality of the production meet the standard; Organize to take reasonable means to adjust or improve the products quality as per the requirement of production;• Production cost optimization: Organize to schedule the cost-control and accounting program for the Converting department under the premises of ensure the production quality and quantity; Maintain total production costs within budgeted levels，optimize the production cost;• Personnel Management: Be in charge of the general management for personnel performance in the department，ensure the fairness of the performance appraisal，motivate the personnel to improve their performance; Organize the personnel training ,improve their practical skills; Coach the excellent production managers to gain competence to take over.• Safety and Environment Management: Organize to schedule the safety and environment management, ensure that the production equipments ，process，and personnel operation take place under safety, maintain the order and cleanness of the production environment;
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
