Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is one of the world’s leading specialists in the field of hydraulic technologies. As The Drive & Control Company, Bosch Rexroth develops, produces and sells components and systems in more than 80 countries in the technology fields Electric Drives and Controls, Industrial Hydraulics, Mobile Hydraulics, Linear Technology and Assembly Technology. We are looking for a new colleague to our plant in Brno.

  • Lead and further develop regular internal reporting in line with the company’s organizational structure, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and clear management insights
  • Take ownership of the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; proactively identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions to ensure target achievement
  • Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic financial guidance and challenging assumptions to improve business performance
  • Take responsibility for reporting concerning personnel, investment, and project controlling; drive optimization of inventories and overall cost efficiency through data-driven analysis
  • Define, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs); ensure transparent and impactful visualization of financial and operational performance
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and insights to upper management and executive stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Lead ad hoc analyses on strategic topics and present findings with actionable conclusions to decision-makers
  • Facilitate and lead discussions with management on financial results, performance gaps, and improvement measures
  • Drive process improvements and automation within controlling, including active use and optimization of SAP and reporting tools
  • Actively collaborate across departments and take a leading role in cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; German is an advantage, including the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to senior management interaction (accounting background is a plus)
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI; knowledge of Excel VBA is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of SAP (or S/4HANA)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into business decisions
