About the role:
TheManagerControlling is responsible formanaging andmaintainingcontrol of the organization’s financial operations, resources, and assets. This role provides data and reports summarizing the company’s financial position to aid in management decision-making and may make recommendations to senior management. The role also involves leading multiple teams and developingmid tolong-term plans foroptimizingthe organization in alignment with corporateobjectives.
How You Will Contribute

Provide data and reports summarizing the company’s financial position to aid in management decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreein Finance, Economics,Accountingora relatedfield.
5 years ofexperience in controlling, finance, accounting, ora relatedfield.
Leads complex internal audits, advises on best practices, and contributes to the improvement of auditing processes,operatingwith full independence.
Fully capable of executing internal controls independently,advisingothers, and making improvement recommendations in complex situations.
Advancedproficiencyin Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, capable of handling complex scenarios independently and providing guidance to others on compliance requirements.
Advancedproficiencyincontroldeficiency management, capable of handlinghighly complexsituations and making improvement recommendations, as well as guiding others.
Fully independent in financial auditing, capable of handlinghighly complexsituations, improving auditing processes, and coaching others in the domain.
