Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) is responsible for defining, governing and enabling best-practice Sales & Leasing standards across Qiddiya. The unit supports Sales & Leasing Operations by developing and managing policies, procedures, standardized documents, templates, tools and performance frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across asset classes. It oversees Sales & Leasing capability development through structured training frameworks and an online Sales & Leasing training academy and governs the Sales & Leasing customer journey in alignment with CRM, digital sales tools, experience center requirements and operational readiness. The PU also provides market intelligence, benchmarking and performance insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement within Sales & Leasing.
The Manager - Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving structured, data-led improvement initiatives across Sales & Leasing at Qiddiya. Operating as part of the central Sales & Leasing governance and enablement function, the role translates performance diagnostics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and strategic priorities into sustainable improvements across processes, customer journeys, controls and ways of working.
The role goes beyond process documentation to own the full continuous improvement lifecycle, ensuring that Sales & Leasing performance improvements are designed, implemented, embedded and measured across all asset classes (Residential, Retail, Office and Land).
Continuous Improvement Strategy & Governance:
Define and manage the Sales & Leasing continuous improvement approach in alignment with Business Excellence priorities and enterprise governance standards.
Establish structured CI methodologies, tools and standards to ensure consistent improvement execution.
Work closely with the Residential, Retail, Office & Land BUs to manage the Sales & Leasing CI portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on performance impact, risk and business value.
Improvement Design & Implementation:
Translate RCA outputs and performance diagnostics into clear improvement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives spanning processes, controls, systems and customer journeys.
Design future-state operating processes and ways of working in collaboration with the BUs to address identified performance gaps.
Process & SOP Improvement:
Lead the review, redesign and optimization of Sales & Leasing processes and SOPs based on improvement priorities.
Ensure process changes are practical, scalable and aligned with operational realities.
Coordinate controlled rollout and governance of updated processes and SOPs.
Change Enablement & Adoption:
Work closely with Training & Capability to ensure improvement initiatives are supported by targeted training and reinforcement.
Support stakeholder adoption of new processes and improvements through structured change enablement.
Benefits Realization & Performance Validation:
Define success measures for improvement initiatives and track benefits realization.
Partner with Performance Excellence and Business Intelligence to validate improvement effectiveness through post-implementation performance monitoring.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Collaborate with Sales & Leasing Operations, CX, CRM, Digital, BI, Training and Performance Excellence teams to deliver integrated improvement outcomes.
Act as a facilitator and integrator across functions to drive sustained improvement.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and coordinate resources supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Build continuous improvement awareness and ways of working within the Assets Class BUs.
Requirements
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required
(must have to perform the role)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in continuous improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or related roles with at least 2-3 years in senior or managerial roles.
Strong experience in process improvement, change enablement and cross-functional delivery.
Ability to translate analytical insights into practical improvement actions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Professional certifications in Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent).
Experience within Sales, Leasing, real estate, or customer-facing operational environments.
Arabic language capability (written and spoken).
