The Consumer Insights team partners closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure consumer‑led decision‑making drives brand strategy, innovation, and execution.About the Position:The Manager, Consumer Insights, plays a critical role in translating consumer, shopper, and market insights into clear business actions across Conair’s Beauty & Home Care portfolio.This role is responsible for leading primary research, synthesizing data from multiple sources, and delivering actionable insights that inform brand strategy, product innovation, messaging, and retail execution.
