What’s the role?
You’ll play a key role in supporting how Westpac manages specialised customer compliance including product governance, hardship and remediation activities. Working closely with product, risk and compliance teams, you’ll help monitor, analyse and report on related risks across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll provide practical compliance advice, respond to governance queries, and support the implementation of relevant policies. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining an independent compliance lens, helping teams understand their obligations and manage risk in a clear and pragmatic way.
You’ll be part of a collaborative compliance team focused on delivering quality outcomes for customers and continuously improving how we work.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne, with flexible working options available.
