Become the Manager, Complex Litigation Fulfillment, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of complex litigation services for Esquire’s most demanding clients.

About the Role

The Manager, Complex Litigation Fulfillment is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of Fulfillment Services Center (FSC) processes supporting Esquire’s Complex Litigation suite of services. This role focuses on large-scale matters, managed firms, and high-profile clientele, ensuring client standing orders, preferences, and delivery expectations are met with precision. You’ll support the execution of new procedures for evolving services and products while ensuring complex litigation fulfillment is handled with exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming Complex Litigation workflows to ensure all client standing orders, preferences, and expectations are met
  • Monitor work volumes and prioritize assignments across indirect reports to meet critical deadlines
  • Oversee key fulfillment processes including end-of-day coordination, resource planning, reporter relations, and client communications
  • Coordinate resources to prepare and deliver deposition and litigation materials accurately and on time
  • Manage ticketing queues such as client issues and delivery escalations, prioritizing resolution based on urgency
  • Monitor saved searches and jobs in progress to ensure visibility and timely execution
  • Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy and compliance of work performed by FSC team members
  • Coordinate across Fulfillment Services Center divisions to ensure seamless delivery of complex litigation work
  • Demonstrate and promote Esquire’s values in daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: Three years of legal industry or law firm experience; workflow volume management experience preferred
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze information, conduct research, and recommend effective solutions
  • Work Style: Detail-oriented, able to multitask, shift priorities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Collaboration: Comfortable taking direction from multiple managers and working cross-functionally
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and commitment to company objectives
  • Education: High school diploma required

What Success Looks Like

  • Meeting or exceeding productivity requirements of at least 90%
  • Meeting or exceeding accuracy requirements of at least 98%
  • Consistent adherence to scheduled work hours and fulfillment expectations
  • Reliable delivery of complex litigation work with minimal errors or escalations
