Primary Objectives / ResponsibilitiesProvide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.Lead completions and turnover activities from construction through commissioning, start-up, and final handover.Manage systemization, mechanical completion, punch listing, and turnover processes to ensure project readiness.Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to achieve successful system handover.Provide clear leadership and direction to completions and turnover personnel to achieve project objectives.Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and contractual requirements.Specific AccountabilitiesManage and coordinate completions, mechanical completion, and turnover activities across all project systems.Oversee systemization activities and ensure systems are prepared for commissioning and handover.Monitor punch list management and ensure timely close-out of outstanding items.Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.Oversee the preparation, verification, and acceptance of turnover dossiers and handover documentation.Track and report completions progress, milestones, risks, and critical actions.Facilitate stakeholder meetings to resolve completions and turnover issues.Ensure all turnover deliverables meet quality and project requirements before handover.Support commissioning, start-up, and final project close-out activities.

Essential Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.Extensive experience in completions, turnover, commissioning, and handover activities within major industrial or Oil & Gas projects.Strong knowledge of systemization, mechanical completion, and handover requirements.Experience with completions management systems and turnover processes.Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments.Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to HSSE and quality management principles.Experience managing resources within multicultural and diverse work environments.Experience managing EPCM projects.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
