What you’ll do

We are looking for a Manager, Completions/Commissioning to join our team in Singapore.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Establish and lead integrated production group, set way of working standards and agree procedures with the line organization.
  • Managing the development of new operations and maintenance procedures and, as applicable, identifying and updating existing operations and maintenance procedures, as required for the new and/or revamped units.
  • Lead the team to execute the phases from handover project through commissioning to startup.
  • Successful management of the interfaces between the existing operating units/areas and the project, communicating regularly with key site operations and leadership stakeholders, and maintaining alignment.
  • Safe and effective implementation of commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Responsible for Commissioning and Start-Up plan with clear roles, responsibilities, and milestones at least 4 weeks before RFCOM.
  • Define commissioning packages and share with construction team.
  • Responsible for safe, efficient, and timely execution of commissioning and start-up training according to the commissioning and start-up procedures and following site plans, rules, and safety regulations.
  • Ensures proper training of operations and maintenance before RFCOM (pre-commissioning) is in place including operating procedures.

What you’ll have

  • Experience leading integrated operations/production teams and establishing standards and procedures.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Proven experience managing commissioning through to start-up, including project handover phases.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder interfaces and ensure alignment between project and operations teams.
  • Experience in planning and executing safe, efficient commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Strong focus on training and operational readiness prior to pre-commissioning.
