What are we looking for?
Manager, Compensation, Campaign and Initiative Management is responsible for managing compensation schemes, sales campaigns, business forecasting, and initiative execution to support distribution performance. The role consolidates and analyzes data, supports strategic planning, and ensures timely reporting for business visibility and decision-making.
What are we expecting from this role?
Compensation and Campaign Management
Interpret compensation and benefits requests, assess the underlying requirements, and identify or develop appropriate solutions.
Conduct business simulations for new campaigns to assess projected performance, financial impact, and cost‑benefit scenarios, providing insights to guide strategic decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to PMLI compensation practices.
Conduct comprehensive analytics and research on agency compensation and benefits to support informed management decision‑making and ensure competitive compensation structures.
Use data analytics to uncover business opportunities and actionable insights that drive agent productivity and revenue growth across all distribution channels, supporting recruitment efforts, incentive trips, and ad-hoc contests.
Perform post‑campaign reviews and recommend improvements.
Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and campaign performance to ensure cost efficiency and recommend improved practices to optimize overall cost effectiveness.
Work with finance, marketing and any relevant team to align distribution campaign and incentive plans with company objectives and communication plan.
Provide guidance and explanation on the approved compensation and campaign scheme for the sales force.
Initiatives Management
Lead or support the development of annual and quarterly sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategic priorities and channel needs.
Conduct feasibility studies, business simulation, and scenario modeling to estimate initiative impact and cost‑benefit outcomes.
Drive end‑to‑end initiative execution, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with initiative owners and channel heads to ensure clarity of roles, milestones, and required actions.
Develop initiative‑management dashboards and tracker to support effective execution.
Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; escalate to management with mitigation recommendations.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on initiative progress, risks, and impacts.
Support or lead the assigned initiatives or cross‑functional projects.
Business Forecasting & Insights
Perform business forecasting based on business performance trends.
Support the yearly business planning and budgeting process in alignment with Group requirements.
Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards for sales force effectiveness and ensure timely and effective execution.
Support in preparation and delivery of ad-hoc presentations or reports for effective management decision.
Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling to support business decisions.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, business growth, and process improvement.
Work closely with Head of Departments, senior leaders and counterparts from other departments and other LBUs.
Develop data modeling and visualization using Power BI and Power Query and develop and maintain technical documentation for all BI solutions.
Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or other related field.
At least 2 – 3 years of proven experience in the Financial Industry. Preferably with sales strategy, distribution planning or analytical experiences.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is preferred, along with a solid understanding of data modelling.
Having experience with Power Automate will be an additional benefit.
Excellent written and spoken English.
