Job Description

You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.

Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.

In this role, you'll:

Delivering best-practice community and stakeholder engagement across Transport for NSW, you will lead the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of proactive and out-of-cycle engagement programs that help shape decisions, build trust and strengthen outcomes for customers and communities.

You will develop and deliver strategic engagement and stakeholder programs; mapping and building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying emerging community issues and opportunities, and designing innovative engagement approaches that ensure diverse community perspectives are understood and represented.

This role will see you support the collection, analysis and interpretation of community and stakeholder data and insights, develop and apply evaluation and continuous improvement frameworks, design and maintain engagement systems and tools, and collaborate across Transport for NSW to embed evidence‑based and data‑informed engagement practices that strengthen community trust and outcomes.

You will lead new ways of using data, insights and innovation to improve engagement performance and decision‑making in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused project environments with multiple programs and competing priorities.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Parramatta office.
