The Position
The Manager, Communications & Marketing, supports the execution of Bristow’s global communications and marketing strategy, leading corporate and Offshore Energy Services communications across the Americas and supporting headquarters in Houston, TX.
Reporting to the Director, Global Communications & Marketing, this role translates enterprise strategy into integrated communications and marketing programs that advance business priorities, strengthen reputation, and engage key stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering across regions and functions to deliver consistent, high-quality communications that support business priorities and reinforce Bristow’s global narrative and brand.
The Manager collaborates closely with a peer in Aberdeen to ensure global alignment while leading a Houston-based Communications & Marketing Specialist.
Below is a summary of key responsibilities and expectations for the role:
Manage execution of communications and marketing plans across corporate and Offshore Energy Services (Americas), aligned with enterprise priorities
Translate strategy into integrated campaigns and content that support commercial objectives and strengthen brand visibility
Oversee development and delivery of content across internal and external channels, including intranet, website, social media, press releases, presentations, and marketing collateral
Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging aligned with Bristow’s brand and global narrative
Drive internal communications and employee engagement, delivering clear, relevant messaging across global, regional, and local audiences
Partner with business and functional leaders to align communications with operational priorities and stakeholder needs
Contribute to media relations and external storytelling, enhancing visibility and reputation in key markets
Manage communications related to workforce and labor topics, ensuring messaging is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned with company priorities
Support crisis and reputational communications in the Americas as part of the global response team
Lead and develop a Communications & Marketing Specialist, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and professional growth

Desired Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations
Experience in aviation, energy, or other highly regulated industries preferred
Experience operating in global or multi-region environments, with the ability to adjust messaging for cultural and regional considerations
Experience supporting communications in unionized or regulated workforce environments preferred
Proven experience managing and developing team members
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communications and content platforms
