As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.
The Transforming Client Communication (TCC) program seeks to build the business communication skills of PwC professionals in the Acceleration Centre (AC) offices to develop client-ready professionals.

Work closely with local AC L&D team
Deliver effective communication training targeting English, business, and cultural communication skills
Coach individual professionals on communication learning plans and track progress
Enhance existing programs to include cultural and business content
Review and roll-out learning materials from training partners and vendors
Plan and host social and learning events to build awareness of TCC program in local AC Offices
Manage relationships with local leadership to understand the required client communication competencies for professionals to demonstrate on the job to fine tune coaching
Facilitate design, develop and deployment of innovative training programs to target specific communication skills aligned with business needs
Lead and support major on-going learning projects to ensure successful deployment on time
Adapt to digital technology applications/platforms to deliver communication training
