Manager Migraine Training will be responsible for overseeing the operational function of Teva’s AJOVY® training for sales employees. This individual will lead the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of programs and initiatives that enhance and leverage migraine knowledge throughout both sales teams. Partnering with sales and marketing leadership, this individual will identify needs and/or development opportunities and address them with learning solutions that enhance the personal and professional effectiveness of the sales force and sales management. This individual will also align with sales and marketing leadership in planning to launch solutions at optimal times and in overseeing the use of strategic communications to ensure maximum “uptake” of programs. Programs may include those for new hire training, existing sales force, POAs, and mass model activities to ensure consistency.
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
The annual starting salary for this position is between $112,800 - $134,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
