As a Sales Manager within the Global Marine Service business, you will be responsible for developing the Services business (maintenance, repair, and recurring service contracts) across your assigned region. You will lead an international sales team with the mission of accelerating growth, winning new customers, expanding existing accounts, and promoting the full range of Johnson Controls service solutions.

How You Will Do It

• Define and implement sales strategies to accelerate the growth of service activities in existing and high-potential markets.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to optimize results, identify growth drivers, and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Coach, develop, and unite sales teams by fostering a culture of performance, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Promote Johnson Controls’ service, digital, and sustainability solutions by leveraging corporate tools and processes to maximize business opportunities.
• Increase market share by identifying new growth opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers and strategic prospects.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales leadership, ideally within the marine, naval, or offshore sectors.
• Strong expertise in complex sales, business development, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• A proven ability to motivate, unite, and develop high-performing teams in an international environment.
