What You’ll Do:
Manager Commercial Loan Documentation AVP is responsible for daily management of the Commercial Loan Documentation Administrators who are responsible for the preparation and/or review of all required loan documentation, review of loans to be booked and funded and creation of exceptions. Maintain loan system data integrity to accurately reflect loan file contents, as well as ensure accurate management reporting.
Monitor performance of the team members and manage the workflow of the unit to ensure that service level agreements are being maintained.
Administer annual performance reviews.
Establish individual performance goals.
Delegate and assign items based on priority and urgency.
Establish and initiate standards and procedures to ensure that documentation and booking requests are handled in a timely manner.
Review Commercial loan documents prepared in LaserPro or by outside counsel for all loan products to ensure that documents meet the stated terms of the Approval.
Ensure all transactions comply with regulations, industry standards, and provide training to staff as needed.
Ensure that all loan documents adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines.
Provide effective back-up support of all documentation functions for Commercial team members as may be necessary to maintain consistent high portfolio quality levels.
Ensure that all due diligence requirements as outlined in corporate procedure are met.
Provide individual training and guidance to the Commercial Loan Documentation Administrators about specific documentation issues and commercial loan documentation concepts.
Review all loan products for booking and/or funding, exception creation and subsequently review original loan packages that are sent for exception clearing. Interact closely with the Loan Servicing and Collateral Units to maintain an efficient process.
Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience with Commercial loan documentation and supervisory experience required.
Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and concisely.
Extensive knowledge of commercial lending and real estate loan documentation, letters of credit, swap and asset-based processing.
Extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
