As a Manager Commercial Enablement, you will lead efforts in managing WEC Product Catalog in D365 and SAP, Customer master file. Manage Data integrity issues / solutions. Lead and maintain SAP Plant Alpha Attributes Table and Account Team listings in D365. You will lead the CPQ development WEC initiative, which involves Configure, Price, Quote. You will also oversee the creation of Ai applications or the transition to Hanna. To achieve this, you will educate users, build prototypes, and manage project lifecycles. Additionally, you will stay current with AI advancements, such as Generative AI. Furthermore, you will cultivate relationships with all partners. You will report to the Director Commercial Enablement, Commercial Excellence and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.
Define the strategic orientation and related required Tools to enhance WEC commercial Vision & Values.
Promote and Analyze sales performance upon WEC evolution while creating the tools to include new improvements and new systems.
Lead the cross-Teams commercial collaboration, Manage D365 and Power Bi Platform: CCB Lead (Change Control Board), User list, Licenses, Reference Materials. Support any D365 / SAP Integration
Oversee and guide process management within tools in D365 and PowerBI while enhancing digitalization to ensure data quality. Manage Sales innovation through new Tools using AI, Machine learning.
Lead and deliver Weekly and Monthly Vital Signs analytics
Lead and align the BU management to a shared and agreed vision, establishing relationship with the commercial teams, become their collaborative trusted partner. Conduct regular reviews of the roadmap and project plans while incorporating feedback from partners and the team.
Lead organizational performance through use of metrics along with managing goals and other important data needed to adjust strategies.
Manage the Commercial COE budget, define the required provision and track evolution. Manage the related third-party consultants and subscriptions.
Drive accountability throughout the organization (US and Globally) and urgently execute actions to close gaps in standards and results. Implement new capabilities within GSS (development team in Poland) as team new support center, Provide technical guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relative experience including team management
Energy sector experience in a Regional / Global role is a plus
Project Management experience
Advanced programming skills in several programming languages
Technical expertise in architecture and coding.
Leadership and mentorship skills to guide and empower teams.
Background in Microsoft development tools, Data Base design
Experience architecting and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, driving digital AI transformation, and providing strategic guidance on AI strategies and best practices
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
