Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of scalable, reliable and high-performing commerce platform capabilities that support P&O Cruises and Cunard.
• Deliver enhancements, integrations and technical improvements from the Commerce Platform roadmap, managing dependencies, milestones, risks and delivery updates.
• Work across Product, Data, Engineering and operational teams to support effective integration between the platform and downstream systems.
• Oversee external vendor delivery while supporting continuous improvements in platform stability, performance, technical debt and customer experience.

• Demonstrable experience supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of technology platforms within a complex organisation.
• Experience coordinating platform enhancements while balancing operational stability with roadmap delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.
• A degree-level qualification in Information Technology, Business, Digital Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
