As Manager, Collection Services, you will lead and develop the Collections Services team to deliver equitable, streamlined access to library resources, with a particular focus on prescribed learning resources that enable student success.
You will oversee core services including resource procurement, interlibrary loans and resource sharing, unit readings, accessibility services, and open educational resources, while developing the standards, documentation, and procedures that support consistent, scalable service delivery. You will work closely with the Library Management Team to deliver on Waranara Library’s Strategic Plan 2025-2029.
Reporting to the Director, Resources and Discovery, you will translate Library and University strategy into prioritised plans, service roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that improve library services and the client experience.

In partnership with academics and other university service providers, the Library contributes to the development of graduate capabilities, research capacity, student experience, teaching excellence and community engagement

You bring significant leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to lead innovative, high-performing teams, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a practical approach to continuous service improvement.
