About this opportunity
Are you a registered rehabilitation professional who leads by example in upholding best practices in care delivery? Do you have what it takes to build and inspire a team aligned with the corporate values and vision as well as clinical goals and service standards? If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to take on a leadership role on our Community Rehabilitation Services team. As Manager of Clinical Services, you will create a strong team environment that exemplifies CBI Health's values by effectively coaching, mentoring and engaging clinical staff as well as fostering business growth through community relationships. By ensuring exemplary customer service and the execution of efficient and effective clinical programs, you will promote the successful attainment of clinical excellence and associated business outcomes.

Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 per year

Lead and inspire others by developing and retaining talent, mentoring employees and leading by example
Promote and facilitate communication to assist in the recovery and rehabilitation process, while delivering a strong clinical practice with excellent patient outcomes
Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and organizations that refer patients to CBI Health
Provide clinical input into business decisions, service delivery models and developmental opportunities for team members
Set goals that align with key strategic priorities and ensure that services delivered align with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure all practices are conducted with integrity and in alignment with best practices and CBI Health policies, including privacy policies
Align local objectives to organizational key strategic priorities and functional goals, identifying clinical metrics to meet and exceed CBI Health’s vision and values
Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, while functioning independently as well as part of a team
Ensure best practices are met and adherence to guidelines is established with clinical staff on a local, regional, and central level
What you need to be successful
A BSc or MSc degree in Occupational Therapy or a related discipline
Experience in a private clinic/rehabilitation setting
Registration in good standing with a relevant provincial College or Association
A results-oriented, adaptable and well-organized approach
The ability to function independently and multi-task
Sound written/verbal communication skills
The ability to provide employee development and coaching
Enthusiasm for furthering your skills through additional training
